EDHEC Business School on Lille campus is seeking an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Management with a specialization in Intercultural Communication. The candidate will teach in English and French, and maintain a record of publications in ABS-ranked journals while actively contributing to Pedagogical Innovations.

Applicants should demonstrate the ability to teach at graduate and undergraduate levels, evidence of publications, and a willingness to engage in all facets of faculty life.

POSITION

To participate in the continuous development of the EDHEC programs, EDHEC Business School ( www.edhec.edu/en ) is recruiting an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Management with a specialization in Intercultural Communication. This position requires teaching abilities in English and French, and a track record in research (publications in ABS-ranked journals). The successful candidate can provide evidence of publications in academic journals, is expected to actively teach in EDHEC programs at graduate and undergraduate level, and to fully participate to the EDHEC agenda in Pedagogical Innovations by implementing innovative and active learning approaches.

Location will be on the Lille campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Evidence of publications in top-tier international journals (kindly add the ABS rank in your CV when providing an overview of your publications – i.e., ABS4*, ABS4, ABS3, ABS2, ABS1)
• Demonstrated ability to teach in academic programs at graduate and undergraduate level (kindly add teaching evaluations to your application file)
• High level of fluency in English ánd French, ability to teach in both languages
• High capacity to develop pedagogical innovation
• Dynamic, committed, open-minded team-player with a good dose of energy
• Desire to actively engage in all areas of faculty life
• Personal and professional ethics
• Visibility in the media is a plus
