EDHEC Business School invites applications for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Humanities. The candidate will conduct research with ABS-ranked publications and teach in English and French across graduate and undergraduate programs, actively engaging in Pedagogical Innovations.

Location will be the Lille campus, with responsibilities to contribute to EDHEC's scientific and pedagogical agenda and to participate in university life across campus.

Qualifications

• Publications in ABS-ranked journals with visible ABS rank in CV.
• Demonstrated ability to teach graduate and undergraduate programs; include teaching evaluations.
• High fluency in English and French; ability to teach in both languages.
• Strong capacity for pedagogical innovation in higher education.
• Dynamic, committed team player with energy and adaptability.
• Active engagement in all areas of faculty life; media visibility is a plus.

Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor – Humanities

POSITION

To participate in the continuous development of the EDHEC programs, EDHEC Business School ( www.edhec.edu/en ) is recruiting an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Management with a specialization in Humanities (with a focus on Sociology and/or Psychology). This position requires teaching abilities in English and French, and a track record in research (publications in ABS-ranked journals). The successful candidate can provide evidence of publications in academic journals, is expected to actively teach in EDHEC programs at graduate and undergraduate level, and to fully participate to the EDHEC agenda in Pedagogical Innovations by implementing innovative and active learning approaches.

Location will be on the Lille campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Evidence of publications in top-tier international journals (kindly add the ABS rank in your CV when providing an overview of your publications – i.e., ABS4*, ABS4, ABS3, ABS2, ABS1)
• Demonstrated ability to teach in academic programs at graduate and undergraduate level (kindly add teaching evaluations to your application file)
• High level of fluency in English ánd French, ability to teach in both languages
• High capacity to develop pedagogical innovation
• Dynamic, committed, open-minded team-player with a good dose of energy
• Desire to actively engage in all areas of faculty life
• Personal and professional ethics
• Visibility in the media is a plus
