A+F Recruitment is supporting a global organisation in wireless infrastructure to appoint an Asset Manager in Paris. You will be part of a pan-European team reporting to the Head of Asset Management, acting as the main contact for landlords and managing lease renewals, extensions and critical dates.

This hands-on role focuses on lease management, landlord relationships and commercial negotiations across sites in France, with 1–4 years' experience seeking greater ownership.

Qualifications

• 4 year advanced degree, preferably in business or legal discipline.
• Experience in real estate, property or lease administration.
• Fluency in French; professional English a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and MS Word.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main contact between company and landlords for ground lease negotiations.
• Explain policy on invoicing and ground rent to landlords.
• Monitor critical dates of ground leases (renewals, escalations, terminations).
• Support legal and accounting in drafting amendments and billing changes.
• Negotiate lease extensions and obtain collateral for financing.
• Coordinate landlord questions with internal teams.
• Build positive relationships with landowners regarding sites leased by the company.

I'm working with a global organisation in the wireless infrastructure space to appoint an Asset Manager for their team in Paris.

Working as part of a pan European team and reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will act as the key point of contact for landlords, managing lease renewals, extensions and critical dates, negotiating amendments and working closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting and operational teams.

This is a hands-on real estate role with a strong focus on lease management, landlord relationships and commercial negotiations across a portfolio of sites in France.

It will suit someone with between 1 to 4 years' experience who wants more ownership of a portfolio and exposure to an international, entrepreneurial business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the landlord for ground lease negotiations of any type
• Contact landlords to explain company policy on timely invoicing and related ground rent payments, review and abstract ground lease terms
• Monitor critical dates of ground leases (i.e. – all applicable escalation, renewal, termination dates)
• Liaise with and support Legal and Accounting Departments in lease/amendment drafting process, changes in billing/payment amounts, and all other issues that arise relating to lease critical date application related to the ground leases
• Actively negotiate extension of ground leases and modifications thereof and obtain collateral from landlords as necessary for financing opportunities
• Serve as in-house point of contact for all landlords for any questions or issues that arise and coordinate their concerns to the appropriate internal personnel
• Develop and foster positive and advantageous working relationship with landowners and / or their representatives as to site locations leased by company

Requirements

• 4 year advanced Degree, preferably in a business or legal-related discipline
• Experience in real estate, property or lease administration/ lease management
• Confidence managing landlord and stakeholder relationships
• Fluency in French
• Professional English would be an advantage
• Proficient user of Excel, Outlook, MS Word and other MS Office suite products
• Experience in wireless communication industry and / or real estate
