WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Property Manager to join our team in France.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Main tasks

• Oversight of external PM
• Monitor capex programs
• Take ownership of some larger capex programs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and ICPE regulation
• Preparation of the annual capex/opex budget in collaboration with AM
• Forecasts follow up and preparation
• Procurement policy and PO process management
• Responsible for corporate projects (Singu, Deepki, Energy management…)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Strong technical background to take over more complex projects
• Experience in logistics with ICPE background
• Management skills (external PM and in anticipation of PM insourcing)
• English language skills
• Flexibility - frequent travels in France
