You will address inquiries across investment accounting topics, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high-quality responses to advance client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients to improve day-to-day workflows, validate data against market sources, and leverage internal tools to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial markets.
• Knowledge of fixed income and equity investments.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage client inquiries on topics across investment accounting and markets.
• Provide timely, accurate information on Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Build relationships with clients to enhance their Clearwater experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources; use internal tools for reconciliations.
• Navigate knowledge bases to proactively solve client queries.
• Prioritize work based on productivity and quality metrics.
• Lead or participate in long-term projects with other internal teams.
• Assist in training and coaching junior team members.
