Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison Intern to act as the frontline contact for artists, understanding their needs and maximizing their value on the platform. You will collaborate with Artist Success & Liaison teams and cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Tech and Sales to support artists throughout their journey.

Your role includes proactive outreach, relationship management, artist onboarding support, retention initiatives, and sharing feedback with teams.

Qualifications

• At least one previous experience in sales, cold calling or roles with high-volume calls.
• Experience in a field with direct customer contact is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Sales mindset: initiate conversations and convey value clearly.
• Resilience under pressure or rejection.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple artist interactions.

Responsibilities

• Artist Outreach & Calls: proactively contact artists by phone and email and build trusted relationships.
• Follow-up & Relationship Management: manage follow-ups and keep records of interactions.
• Artist Support & Retention: guide artists onboarding and navigate Singulart’s tools and services; support retention efforts.
• Feedback Sharing: spot recurring issues and share insights with internal teams.
• Process Improvement: help improve internal documentation and contribute to engagement campaigns.
