Madbox in Paris is seeking an Art Director to lead the visual direction of Pocket Champs, ensuring visual freshness and a distinctive style. You will bridge creative vision with production needs, guiding a live, mobile game through high-quality art and evolving content.

You will manage a team of 6 artists (4 Game Artists, 2 UI/UX), collaborate with the Game Director and cross-functional partners, and steer the art pipeline while exploring AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and maintain

Qualifications

• 6+ years in free-to-play mobile games with at least one live-operated title.
• Experience as Lead Artist, Art Manager, Art Director, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to guide aesthetic across 2D/3D/UIUX.

Responsabilités

• Own the art vision for new features and seasonal content.
• Manage a 6-person team (4 Game Artists, 2 UIUX) and foster energy.
• Oversee art pipeline balancing creativity with live-game constraints.
