Madbox is seeking an Art Director for Pocket Champs to lead the artistic vision of our lead title. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, set visual standards, and ensure assets meet high-quality, engaging standards for a global audience.

You will collaborate with Game Directors, Design, and Marketing, balancing creative ambition with production constraints. Proficiency in English is required; prior experience with outsourcing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in free-to-play mobile games
• Leadership experience in art teams
• Strong portfolio across 2D/3D/UIUX
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
• Experience with live-ops and pipelines

Responsabilités

• Own the art vision for new features and seasonal content.
• Manage and grow a team of 6 (4 Game Artists and 2 UI/UX).
• Oversee the art pipeline to ensure top-tier deliverables.
• Partner with the Game Director and Managers to drive production strategy.
• Be the main contact for all art-related topics across departments.
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted processes to boost productivity and workflow.
