Job summary

Danone in Paris (75009) is seeking an ambitious apprentice to join the Global Reward team from September 2026 for 12 months.

You will learn compensation and benefits, support annual cycles, and collaborate with an international team while developing skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English, a 4–5 year university-level background, and curiosity and adaptability are essential. Remote work up to 2 days/week and a salary grid based on age/education are offered.

Qualifications

• Available from September for a duration of 12 months.
• 4–5 years of university, business school or engineering school study.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Animate the Reward community: training, presentation, documentation.
• Support in the annual compensation cycle: monitoring, data consolidation.
• Animate Post-Mortem: gather stakeholder feedback and build an action plan.
• Co-create global benefits policies: parental policy, flexible benefits.
• Support in Benefits projects & policies: Caregiver, Cancer pledge, travel & car policy.
• Support in Compensation: living wage, European directive, benchmarking.

Within the Global Reward team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2026.

The global reward team will support you to thrive in your missions:

• Animate our Reward community: Training, presentation, documentation (25%)
• Support in our annual compensation cycle (ASR & STI process): monitoring, data consolidation...(25%)
• Animate Post-Mortem: gather stakeholders feedback via survey/meeting and build an action plan to improve next year cycle (10%)
• Co-create global benefits policies: Global parental policy, Flexible benefits... (15%)
• Support in our Benefits projects & policies (building Global Prevention program, roll out of Caregiver policy, Cancer pledge, Travel & Expenses policy and Car policy) (10%)
• Support in our Compensation project: Living wage, European directive, Benchmarking (Mercer survey, …) (5%)
• Analyze data & Reporting (Global Prevention program; quarterly audit, dataquality checks...) (10%)

About You

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Appetences: curious, communication skills, adaptability
• Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent
• Softwares : you feel comfortable with Excel and Power point
