Danone in France invites a motivated intern to join the Global IT & Data Employee Experience team in Rueil-Malmaison for six months starting January 2027. You will help implement key projects and support knowledge management across a dynamic digital ecosystem.

You will learn ServiceNow, Qualtrics, and related SaaS platforms while contributing to the global employee experience roadmap. The role offers up to 2 days of remote work and a supportive, international team.

Formación

• Duration: 6 months starting January 2027.
• 4–5 years of higher education in university, business or engineering.
• Fluent in English and French; another language is a plus.
• Proactive, engaging and fast learner; tech passionate team player.

• Create, maintain and support knowledge management across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
• Design and animate engagement strategy for admins and users globally.
• Learn and use platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics; support initiatives related to these solutions.
• Assist implementation of the global roadmap for Employee Experience and engagement.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship / internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) Danone office, in our superbe HQ office from January 2027.

To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Global IT&Data Employee Experience team responsible for Employee Experience and Engagement. Your key missions in our team will include:

• Contribute to the implementation of the key projects enhancing employee Experience at Danone Globally. Following projects definition, development, and implementations.
• Create, maintain, and support all the knowledge management strategy across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
• Design and animate the engagement strategy of our communities of admin and users globally.
• Learn and develop skills in platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics, as well as support the existing and new initiatives related to these solutions.
• Assist the implementation of the global roadmap of Employee experience and engagement globally, addressing the key business priorities and HR Digital strategy.

But there are other areas of development according with your curiosity and proactivity.

About You

You are:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school

• Appetences : Proactive, engaging and fast learner/tech passionate team player.

• Language : We need someone who is fluent in English and French, and another language will be highly appreciated.

• Softwares: able to work with Excel and different data sources / you feel comfortable with Power point, data base management and some knowledge of HTML coding / curious and wants to know more about the different SaaS platforms within our ecosystem.
