Danone recherche un apprenti intégré au Global Reward à Paris (75009) pour 12 mois à partir de septembre 2026. Vous contribuerez à l’animation de la communauté Reward, au suivi du cycle de rémunération et à l’élaboration de politiques d’avantages.

Vous aurez une exposition internationale, travaillerez avec des collègues du monde entier et utiliserez Excel et PowerPoint pour analyser et présenter les données. Rémunération selon grille d’apprentissage.

Formación

• Étudiant(e) en cursus universitaire/business/ingénierie, 4–5 ans d’études requis.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais écrite et orale
• Bonnes aptitudes en communication et esprit analytique

Responsabilidades

• Animer la communauté Reward: formation, présentations, documentation (25 %)
• Soutenir le cycle annuel de rémunération (ASR & STI): suivi, consolidation des données (25 %)
• Animer les Post-Mortems: recueil des retours et plan d’action (10 %)
• Co-concevoir les politiques globales d’avantages: politiques parentalité, avantages flexibles (15 %)
• Soutenir les projets et politiques Benefits (prévention, Caregiver, Cancer pledge, voyages et frais) (10 %)
• Analyser les données et réaliser des rapports (programme de prévention, audits trimestriels) (10 %)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the Global Reward team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2026.

The global reward team will support you to thrive in your missions:

• Animate our Reward community: Training, presentation, documentation (25%)
• Support in our annual compensation cycle (ASR & STI process): monitoring, data consolidation...(25%)
• Animate Post-Mortem: gather stakeholders feedback via survey/meeting and build an action plan to improve next year cycle (10%)
• Co-create global benefits policies: Global parental policy, Flexible benefits... (15%)
• Support in our Benefits projects & policies (building Global Prevention program, roll out of Caregiver policy, Cancer pledge, Travel & Expenses policy and Car policy) (10%)
• Analyze data & Reporting (Global Prevention program; quarterly audit, dataquality checks...) (10%)

• Up to 2 days/week of remote work
• Working in Global reward team will allow you to work with an international team and learn about compensation and benefits practices across different countries, understanding how to navigate and comply with various local regulations.
• Apprenticeship: Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, based on your age and level of education.

• Available from September for a duration of 12 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Appetences: curious, communication skills, adaptability
• Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent
• Softwares : you feel comfortable with Excel and Power point
