SoftwareOne Academy is launching an Apprenticeship opportunity for Customer Success Managers in Montpellier. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day requests.

The role involves coordinating with various teams to meet customer needs in a timely and accurate manner. You must be able to enter into an Apprenticeship agreement for 1 year, and demonstrate strong Excel skills along with initiative, adaptability, and a client-focused

Qualifications

• Candidates can do an apprenticeship agreement with their school/university and us for 1 year.
• Ability to use Excel effectively for data and reporting.
• Demonstrates initiative, a positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Licensing Specialists to support sales with license knowledge.
• Serve as a key resource for volume license offerings.
• Act as the single point of contact for account managers and customers.
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers.
• Grow and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Establish and expand relationships with executives and decision makers.

In this role, you will be theprimary point of contact for customers, where you will manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. You willbe responsible fora list of accounts in the region. You willalso coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met ina timelyand accuratemanner.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide licenseknowledge and support during the sales process
• Serve as keyresource for volume license offerings
• Act as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing
• Develop and maintainconsultative relationships with existing customers
• Grow and maintainexisting customer and partner relationships
• Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
