Stormshield, the leading French publisher and European reference in cybersecurity, seeks an Application Project Manager to drive end-to-end application projects. You will scope, coordinate delivery, test, deploy and drive adoption for internally developed apps and SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.

The role requires at least three years in a similar position, strong requirement structuring, and workshops facilitation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience driving end-to-end application projects from scoping to adoption.
• Ability to formalise functional requirements and manage workshops.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and scope requests;
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and vendors;
• Organise and lead testing/UAT;
• Support production rollout and change management;
• Provide status reporting and decision alerts;

Application Project Manager:

Stormshield, the leading French publisher and European reference player in cybersecurity, is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Programmes and offers innovative, certified, European‑level‑qualified security products for protecting networks and data. To continue our growth, we are looking for an Application Project Manager.

You will drive end‑to‑end application projects: scoping, coordinating delivery, testing, deployment and adoption. You will work on a mixed portfolio – internally developed applications (e.g., client extranet) and SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce). We seek a rigorous person who can structure and formalise functional requirements, facilitate workshops, bring stakeholders together and who has at least three years of experience in a similar role.

What are the responsibilities of the Application Project Manager?

• Qualify and scope requests (including those raised by Key Users);




• Facilitate workshops to gather and clarify requirements;




• Formalise key elements: scope, priorities, schedule, risks, acceptance criteria;




• Coordinate delivery (internal teams and/or external vendors) and manage dependencies;




• Organise and lead testing/UAT, track defects until validation;




• Support production roll‑out: communication, documentation, change management;




• Provide clear reporting: status, alerts, blockers, decisions.

Examples of topics:

• Implement new workflows in Salesforce;




• Develop new features in the Extranet;




• Qualify and prioritise change requests from Key Users.

What is the technical environment?

• Tools: Salesforce, Jira / Confluence, ClickUp (and project‑specific tools as needed)




• Bonus: API/SQL basics, Salesforce experience (processes, workflows, data), ITIL awareness

Which team?

You will join the Digital team, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, at the heart of application initiatives and the collaboration between business units and IT. The role combines concrete, visible, high‑impact projects on core tools for the company.
