Job summary

Habasit France in Mulhouse seeks an experienced industrial application engineer to support customers and sales teams in identifying and implementing optimal belt solutions. You will design applications, run field tests, and train customers.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong problem-solving, SAP experience, and the ability to work on-site with maintenance and production teams at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Strong experience in industrial application engineering, preferably belting.
• Experience with mechanical design and customer-facing activities.
• ERP/SAP experience is preferred.
• Proficient English for group communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on belts and applications to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, both in-field and on-the-phone.
• Design and recommend application solutions that improve customer performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Support customer visits, technical audits, field testing, installations and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage engineering projects ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
