Job summary

Vinted is seeking an Equipment Engineer to own maintenance for a cross-belt sorter and related assets within our warehouse network. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and coordinate with OEMs and integrators.

The role requires a Master’s in automation or equivalent, 3–5 years in automated environments, fluent French and English, and willingness to travel for FAT/SAT and site work.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master's or equivalent) in automation or industrial engineering.
• 3–5+ years in equipment/automation engineering in a highly automated environment.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, OEMs or integrators, and maintenance planning.
• Fluent French and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent maintenance through all project phases for new equipment and ensure handover criteria.
• Build and own the equipment technical file, spare-parts strategy and CMMS data.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Train technicians, provide Level-2/3 support on site and coordinate with OEMs.
