Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Anti-Fraud in France to lead the development of fraud prevention products across onboarding, payments, and account security. You will work with Trust & Safety, Payments, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering to design scalable solutions that minimize false positives while protecting users and infrastructure.

You will own detection capabilities, risk scoring, and incident response, while translating complex risk problems into actionable engineering

Qualifications

• Product management experience in fraud prevention, risk management, Trust & Safety, payments, or related field.
• Proficient with data analysis and interpreting metrics to guide decisions.
• Understanding of payment fraud, chargebacks, identity verification, KYC/AML processes and risk signals.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams on detection signals and model performance.
• Data-driven decision making, balancing security with user experience.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, fintech or platforms with complex risk requirements.
• Strategic thinking, prioritization, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for cross-functional alignment.
• Ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end anti-fraud product roadmap across onboarding, identity verification, payments, account security, and resource use.
• Develop fraud detection capabilities covering cards, registrations, account takeovers, credential abuse, and compute abuse.
• Manage risk rules and scoring tools for analysts and data scientists with audit trails.
• Improve Trust & Safety operations with review queues, evidence views, and blocking or verification workflows.
• Optimize customer verification experiences with step-up authentication and appeals processes.
• Strengthen fraud monitoring by defining risk signals, alerts, and detection workflows.
• Lead incident response with cross-functional teams and post-incident reviews.
• Translate risk challenges into PRDs and technical specs for engineering and data science.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define data labels and success criteria for detection models.
• Run experiments, monitor performance, and evaluate false positives and protection impact.
• Ensure regulatory and payment compliance with KYC/AML and data privacy standards.
• Track metrics like losses, chargebacks, false positives, and time to detection.
