360Learning is seeking its first Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between our data platform and business teams. You will build trusted datasets, meaningful KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities to empower product, operations, sales, and customer success.

You will collaborate with a Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineers to improve data models, document processes, and enhance Snowflake, Looker/Metabase, and AI-powered analytics across the organization, enabling teams to make

Qualificações

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Metabase/Omni) and modern data warehouses.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Discover the platform, teams, and culture.
• Get familiar with data stack and data models.
• Understand self-service analytics strategy.
• Build reliable datasets and KPIs for teams to answer business questions.
• Enable teams to access data via Snowflake MCP.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to improve data models and documentation.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve warehouse performance.
• Guide teams to the right datasets and sources of truth.
• Be the go-to partner for monitoring metrics and data-driven decisions.
