Job summary

360Learning is hiring its first Analytics Engineer to bridge the data platform with business teams. You will build trusted datasets, KPIs, and self-service analytics while collaborating with Data Analysts and Data Engineers.

The role focuses on Snowflake, Looker/Metabase, and AI-powered analytics to empower multiple teams across the company. You’ll contribute to a scalable data warehouse, improve documentation, and enable self-serve analytics for product, operations, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Good Git and version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Within 1 month: Discover 360Learning, data stack, and data models.
• Within 3 months: Build reliable datasets and KPIs; enable self-serve analytics.
• Within 6 months: Partner with Data Eng to improve warehouse performance; guide teams to datasets and truth sources.
