Qonto in France is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end the data models for Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics, designing scalable dbt models, ensuring reliability, and guiding migrations to Omni with a real semantic layer.

You will work closely with Jules Jeanroy and partner daily with Business Analysts across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance. The team is investing in scalability, reducing debt, and building standards for Analytics Engineering at Qonto.

Qualifications

• Strong dbt and SQL skills with production-grade models.
• Proven ability to partner with product, growth and ops finance.
• Willingness to own end-to-end data projects.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures.
• Ability to balance speed and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Build models trusted by Business Analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Analysts to translate needs into data solutions.
• Migrate parts of the data stack toward Omni.
• Own projects from discovery to delivery and measure impact.
• Scale workflows with AI to speed up modeling and testing.
