Dashlane is hiring an Analytics Engineer in Paris to bridge advanced data modeling with business strategy. You will build end-to-end data models, deliver proactive insights to product and GTM teams, and champion self-service analytics across the organization.

You will mentor peers, advance governance, and push for AI-enhanced data workflows in a high-exposure, autonomous environment. English fluency is required, and a hybrid Paris-based work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Analytics Engineering or equivalent role.
• Expert in SQL and dbt with production-grade data models.
• Strong business sense for B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR).
• Excellent stakeholder management with proactive ownership.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in an autonomous, high-exposure role.
• Experience integrating GenAI tooling into analytics workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and own complex data models within a unified data model.
• Deliver proactive, data-driven insights to product and GTM teams.
• Guide stakeholders toward scalable self-service analytics.
• Pioneer AI data agents and automation for reporting and alerts.
• Mentor juniors and raise the team's technical bar.
