Qonto is building from the ground up a Data Governance program to ensure trusted data for regulatory reporting and business decisions. The Analytics Engineer will define rules, implement controls, monitor quality, and drive remediation across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade data models and tests with dbt and SQL.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.
• Comfort with compliance and regulatory consequences in data workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate the Data Governance framework with data quality rules and controls.
• Design and ship dbt tests and source-level controls to ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Own the monitoring and remediation loop with regular data quality reporting and follow-ups.
• Scale governance tooling, define ownership, and maintain operating model for data catalog and quality controls.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work in data governance through automated checks and reporting.
