They ensure the pedagogical validity of user assessments is maintained, promote teacher adoption, and integrate the solution into academic practices and the academic calendar.Mission: To design the pedagogical framework for the use of the AMC OMR system, to produce test models adapted to the institutes, to train and support teachers in the design of quality MCQs, and then to evaluate the effects of the system on correction times, the reliability of results and the monitoring of learning.Main Activities • Analyze assessment practices, academic constraints, and the needs of teachers, academic affairs, and training managers. • Define multiple-choice question (MCQ) design standards adapted to teaching. • Develop AMC models with instructions, checkboxes, student identification, randomization, and appropriate marking schemes. • Train teachers in AMC-TXT and LaTeX, question structuring, best writing practices, and exception handling. • Train users in interpreting grades, reports, and statistics to support pedagogical monitoring. • Produce manuals and training materials in French and organize coaching during the initial sessions. • Support the pilot phase, gather feedback, propose adjustments, and prepare for wider implementation. • Define impact indicators focusing on time savings, reliability, satisfaction, and adoption. • Contribute to the continuing professional development plan for new teachers and the sustainability plan.Required Skills • Proficiency in instructional design, learning assessment, and multiple-choice question (MCQ) design. • Ability to ensure the validity, clarity, fairness, and consistency of assessments and marking schemes. • Good understanding of AMC-TXT, LaTeX, and the pedagogical capabilities of AMC OMR. • Experience in adult education, train-the-trainer programs, coaching, and change management. • Ability to analyze assessment results and statistics and translate them into pedagogical recommendations. • Excellent writing skills in French, ability to produce accessible guides, and to work with technical teams.Expected Results and Deliverables • Validated MCQ design framework and institutional models. • Training materials and user manual in French, adapted to different user profiles. • Three- to five-day practical workshops conducted, with attendance lists, certificates, and training reports. • Operational coaching and train-the-trainer program. • Pilot project pedagogical report, recommendations for adjustments, and impact indicators. • Procedures for integrating AMC into the academic calendar and contribution to the sustainability plan.Required Profile • Engineering degree or Master's degree (BAC + 5 level) in educational sciences or instructional design. • At least two years of experience in higher education. • At least two years of experience in designing and delivering practical training on AMC OMR, including leading at least three sessions for users or trainers, covering test preparation, digitization, automated grading, results analysis, and user support. • Proven experience in designing educational assessment tools.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to contact@keoni.fr
