Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking invites a BAC+4/5 student to join its Infrastructure & Energy Project Financing team in Paris for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. The role focuses on financial modeling, risk analysis, and documentation review within an international environment.

You will work with mentors to develop skills in structured finance, KYC, and due diligence, contribute to committee notes, and explore opportunities to support sustainable project finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BAC+4/5 in engineering or business school.
• First internship in financing/M&A at bank, fund, consulting firm or industry.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance; proficient in Excel; autonomous and rigorous.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Financial modeling (debt modules and sensitivity results).
• Project risk analysis (credit, commercial, legal, technical, environmental).
• Drafting notes for committee bodies; review of documentation (due diligence, financial documents).
• KYC process and customer rating.
