Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a 6-month internship in Paris for a Business Analyst/Application Functional Support role. You will join the Post Trade team within the Web Applications group, supporting the eSmart/ePartnership tools and collaborating with Porto-based developers.

The position involves incident analysis, backlog maintenance, feature validation, and active participation in agile rituals.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in financial products (rates, FX, Commo).
• Strong technical sensitivity with SQL, log analysis and web inspection.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt messages to developers, sales and clients.

Responsabilités

• Proximity application support and investigation: analyze incidents, run SQL queries, perform web inspection, and coordinate patches with Porto team.
• Manage the product backlog and maintain the maintenance catalog.
• Recipe and quality testing: validate and test new features with business teams.
• Facilitation and client-facing: participate in agile rituals and demonstrate the new application to users and partners.
