Applied Materials is seeking an AIx Engineer to join the newly structured Europe AIx team. The role is ideally based at Grenoble, France, with at least 50% of time on site at the Grenoble site and 20% travel.

You will work on actionable insight acceleration by integrating data from sensors and digital twins to empower customers with insights. The role supports field service teams and interfaces with the HQ Digital Tools Enablement organization.

• Experience with digital tools and data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify areas for improvement to drive digital tool improvements.
• Explain difficult problems and build consensus with team and customers.
• Support complex problems using data analytics and diverse information sources.
• Configure dashboards, monitor signals for short and long term trends; be the main contact for digital tool issues.
• Provide mentoring on troubleshooting methodologies and learning new tools and processes.
