• Experience with digital tools and data analytics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify areas for improvement to drive continual improvement for digital tools.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools and support field service teams.
• Configure dashboards and monitor signals for short and long term trends.
• Mentor colleagues in troubleshooting methodologies and tool usage.
