Jobtailor is seeking a final-year Master’s student to identify high-ROI AI use cases, translate business needs into technical specs, and design agentic workflows with experts. The role emphasizes governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration with decision-makers on strategic AI topics.

You will test new AI models, contribute to R&D efforts, and support change management across international projects, working within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student (Master’s level) at a leading engineering or business school, or top-tier university master’s program
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: prompting, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or personal projects
• Understanding of RAG, agents, and LLMs
• Ability to break down a business problem, cross-reference data, and deliver a structured recommendation
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in accessible terms
• Fluent English (B2/C1), essential for working with technology stacks and international projects

Responsabilités

• Identify high-ROI AI use cases and model business value
• Challenge technology choices, build-versus-buy decisions and model selection
• Design agentic workflows and RAG systems with technology experts
• Incorporate governance and security requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Co-facilitate workshops with decision-makers
• Support change management initiatives with teams
• Test the latest AI models and conduct advanced technology watch and R&D
• Contribute to strategic projects under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Manager
