Jobtailor in France is seeking an internship candidate to explore AI and AR use cases across industrial operations, from manufacturing to maintenance. You will identify opportunities with measurable impact and design POCs to validate hypotheses with real-world data.

The role requires a Master’s degree pursuit, exposure to AI/AR technologies, and strong coding skills (Python preferred). Collaboration with AI teams is expected to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• First exposure (academic or internship) to AI, data science, or AR technologies
• Experience with coding and prototyping projects is a plus
• Programming (Python preferred)
• Basic knowledge of AI/Machine Learning concepts
• Interest in AR/VR technologies or industrial digital solutions
• Data analysis and statistics fundamentals
• Understanding of software development lifecycle

Responsabilités

• Explore and assess AI and AR use cases across industrial operations (manufacturing, maintenance, quality, EHS, etc.).
• Identify opportunities with strong business impact (productivity, quality, safety, cost optimization).
• Support prioritization based on feasibility and ROI.
• Design and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) in AI and/or AR.
• Test hypotheses using real-world datasets and operational scenarios.
• Evaluate results and validate relevance with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with AI teams.
• Support transition from POC to industrialized solutions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment on use cases and priorities.
