Homa, a global game developer, is seeking an ambitious Strategic Project Manager Intern to design and scale its AI-powered content engine in Paris. You will architect narrative logic, prompts, automation, and quality standards to accelerate internal and external communications.

You will work directly with executives on a high-impact initiative, linking communication to strategy, using AI to automate and multiply productivity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
• Prior internship or self-driven project in gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus.
• Strong business sense and analytical ability to link communication to strategy.

Responsabilités

• Architect Homa's AI-driven content engine powering internal and external communications.
• Design the strategic foundations: narrative logic, prompt architecture, automation workflows, and quality standards.
• Build and deploy scalable infrastructure that translates executive strategy into clear, high-impact communication.
• Drive adoption and measurable gains in speed, clarity, and leverage across teams.
• Continuously optimise the system to raise the bar on excellence and company-wide impact.
