Homa Games SAS is offering an internship as Strategic Project Manager Intern in Paris. You will lead a high-impact initiative at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication, building an AI-powered content engine and its infrastructure.

The role emphasizes designing structured systems, prompt libraries, templates, and automated workflows to accelerate and standardize communications across the company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields.
• Prior internship or strong self-driven project in gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus.
• Business-driven and analytical—link communication to strategy and measurable impact.

• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized.
• Fluency in English.

Mission

As a Strategic Project Manager Intern, you will lead a high-impact initiative at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication.

Your mission is clear: build and scale Homa’s AI-powered content engine.

You will design structured systems, prompt libraries, templates, and automated workflows that dramatically increase the speed, consistency, and quality of how we communicate, internally and externally.

This role is not about “posting content.” It’s about building the infrastructure behind it.

You will:

• Architect Homa’s end-to-end, AI-driven content engine powering all internal and external communications.
• Design its strategic foundations: narrative logic, prompt architecture, automation workflows, and quality standards.
• Build and deploy scalable infrastructure that turns executive strategy into clear, consistent, high-impact communication.

You will act as a force multiplier for executive communication.
