Harmattan AI is seeking a Product Operations Intern to work with the Product Operations Principal to structure, monitor, and optimize P&P processes. You will identify, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows to speed reporting, data structuring, and document generation, while contributing to product reporting, competitive intelligence, and data management.

Qualifications

Currently in a Master's program with a focus on CS, robotics, engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and daily workflow integration.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive high-quality project results.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and shows adaptability.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

AI Productivity Leverage: identify bottlenecks and deploy AI-powered workflows for reporting and data structuring.
Design, build, and deploy an AI-powered product and competitive intelligence tool with dashboards and briefs.
Reporting & KPIs: maintain weekly dashboards and AI-assisted insights.
PLM Deployment Support: help define data models and migrate product data for PLM tool.
Product Catalog: maintain global product catalog across lines.
Configuration Management: support CM processes for hardware and software.
