Homa, a global game developer, is seeking an ambitious Strategic Project Manager Intern to design and scale its AI-powered content engine in Paris. You will architect narrative logic, prompts, automation, and quality standards to accelerate internal and external communications.

You will work directly with executives on a high-impact initiative, linking communication to strategy, using AI to automate and multiply productivity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.

Mission

As a Strategic Project Manager Intern, you will lead a high-impact initiative at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication. Your mission is clear: build and scale Homa's AI-powered content engine. You will design structured systems, prompt libraries, templates, and automated workflows that dramatically increase the speed, consistency, and quality of how we communicate, internally and externally. This role is not about 'posting content.' It's about building the infrastructure behind it.

Responsibilities

• Architect Homa's end-to-end, AI-driven content engine powering all internal and external communications.
• Design its strategic foundations: narrative logic, prompt architecture, automation workflows, and quality standards.
• Build and deploy scalable infrastructure that turns executive strategy into clear, consistent, high-impact communication.
• Drive adoption and performance, ensuring measurable gains in speed, clarity, and leverage.
• Continuously optimise the system to raise the bar on excellence and impact company-wide.

You will act as a force multiplier for executive communication.

Requirements

If you recognise yourself below, this role is for you.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields.
• Prior internship or strong self-driven project in gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus.
• Business-driven and analytical - you link communication to strategy and measurable impact.
• AI-native mindset - you use AI to automate, scale, and 10× your productivity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for gaming, tech, or AI is a strong plus.

Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required).
