Grenoble INP – Phelma, UGA seeks an Expert in Innovation Pedagogy and AI to develop AI teaching materials and provide pedagogical engineering support. The role covers creating multimedia resources, training professionals, and integrating content into Moodle and GitLab.

Travel between MIAI Cluster sites may be required. Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate, Engineering degree, or Master 2 and show strong Python and AI library skills, plus ability to design courses and produce clear documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of AI, including ML, DL and data science.
• Proficiency in Python and key AI libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Understanding of instructional design and educational sciences is desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud environments.
• Experience in higher education and educational technology.

Responsabilités

• Develop and adapt AI teaching materials and educational content.
• Support teacher-researchers with pedagogical engineering.
• Create multimedia resources (videos, podcasts, notebooks, MOOCs).
• Integrate content into Moodle, FUN and GitLab platforms.
• Lead AI training for professionals and advise on training solutions.
