NXP Semiconductors in France seeks an experienced AI safety specialist to architect, deploy, and scale AI Tool Evaluation within the development flow. You will work with ISO/PAS 8800 and ISO/TS 22440 guidance to ensure robust safety and compliance in corporate AI tools.

The role requires 5+ years in AI tool design/validation, plus knowledge of ISO 26262 or IEC 61508. Collaboration across teams and strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink are valued.

Qualificações

• At least five years architecting, designing, and validating AI tools in a corporate setting.
• Experience with ISO/PAS 8800 and ISO/TS 22440 in development workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 with external certification as an advantage.
• Strong collaboration, cross-functional delivery, and cross-cultural effectiveness.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with experts to architect, deploy, and scale AI Tool Evaluation activities.
• Integrate ISO/PAS 8800 and ISO/TS 22440 guidance into development processes.
• Contribute to Safety and AI innovation projects, including LLM evaluation.
• Apply model validation, robustness checks, fault injection, and runtime safety mechanisms.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to the Safety and AI roadmap owner.
