Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in concept/architecture or analog IC design.
• Strong background in embedded hardware/software and full product development lifecycle.
• Experience with behavioral modelling of Analog blocks and mixed signal verification, and bench-level testing, wafer probing, and silicon debug.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell commands and editors, HDL (System Verilog, VHDL), SPICE simulators (ELDO, Spectre, HSPICE).
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100, and physical design and parasitic extraction.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define chip and system architecture to meet customer and safety requirements.
• Build and use system models (Matlab, SystemC, Verilog-A) and run top-level simulations to validate concepts.
• De-risk innovations via proof-of-concept/test chips and data-driven evaluations.
• Lead requirements definition, continuous refinement, and end-to-end traceability and review PVSR and close gaps.
• Conduct architectural explorations: feasibility studies, safety analyses, and data analysis.
• Develop fault-handling strategies and degraded modes of operation.
• Produce and review safety and compliance analyses and documentation to meet regulatory and ISO 26262 expectations.
