Cognizant in France seeks an experienced Educator/Facilitator to join the Learning & Development team to build future-ready capabilities across the organization. You will design and deliver IT learning programs, including AI and emerging technologies, and support country-level skilling priorities while representing L&D in Works Council and related forums, and handling administrative duties.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilitation experience in a corporate or professional learning environment.
Proven delivery of IT learning programs.
Exposure to emerging technologies and/or Artificial Intelligence topics.
Experience working with diverse learner groups across roles and seniority levels.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Design and deliver instructor-led and blended IT learning programs across IT domains, including emerging technologies, AI, and core IT concepts.
Facilitate sessions for diverse learner audiences across levels, ensuring engagement, clarity, and practical relevance.
Adapt content and facilitation approaches for classroom, virtual, and blended delivery.
Anchor facilitation in real-world examples, use cases, and applied learning.
Support country-level skilling initiatives and partner with internal stakeholders on capability gaps.
Represent the L&D function in Works Council meetings and other governance forums, communicating learning objectives and outcomes clearly.
