Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in GTM, product or strategy roles in deep-tech or SaaS companies, with at least 5 years pricing experience.
• Proven record designing pricing strategies for technical products (APIs, cloud or developer tools).
• Deep understanding of usage-, seat-, and license-based pricing models; familiarity with PLG and enterprise motions.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; comfortable with data-driven experiments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
• Bonus: exposure to AI/LLM pricing levers (fine-tuning, custom models) and fast-growth tech startups.

Responsabilités

• Design charge metrics and pricing tiers (usage, seats, subscriptions) for new and existing products.
• Build financial models, run A/B tests and analyse usage data to optimise pricing and packaging.
• Translate technical features and AI economics into clear value propositions and pricing narratives.
• Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends to keep our pricing competitive.
• Enable Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with pricing guidelines and training.
• Establish processes and dashboards to track revenue, margins and adoption.
