Finary SAS is seeking an AI Product Engineer in Europe to own end-to-end AI offerings that support our advisors and operations teams. You will architect and ship production-grade AI systems, from ideation through production, with a focus on reliability and user impact.

This role requires fluency in French and English and availability for quarterly Paris onsite weeks. You will collaborate across advisory, sales, operations and engineering, building orchestration, allocation and agentive layers

Competenze

• Production software experience in building end-to-end products.
• Hands-on work with AI systems in production and orchestration.
• Comfort across multiple languages and codebases.
• Strong product sense and user experience focus.
• High agency with cross-team collaboration.

Mansioni

• Advisory at scale: build the closing machine and systems for the sales team.
• Allocation engines: create the advisor feature-ruecognition engine.
• Operating systems: develop the agentic layer for AI agents with minimal human input.
• End-to-end ownership: gather needs, design, build, deploy, maintain and measure agent decisions.
• Enablement: help non-engineers build automations and collaborate on shared infra.
