Sabio Group is seeking an AI and Privacy Counsel to join their legal team in Paris. This role will involve managing compliance with AI regulations and data protection within a high-growth business context, including drafting contracts and guiding legal strategy.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer fluent in English and either French or Spanish, with a strong background in B2B contracts and the EU AI Act. Benefits include flexible work options and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE with commercial, regulatory, and data protection experience.
• Demonstrable experience with AI-specific terms in contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the legal side of global AI regulation and data protection.
• Draft and negotiate AI-specific terms in customer contracts.
• Act as the legal lead on EU AI Act obligations.

Connaissances

Fluent in English and either French or Spanish

Experience in drafting and negotiating B2B contracts

Strong knowledge of the EU AI Act

Understanding of GDPR

Hands-on experience using AI tooling

Formation

Qualified lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction
