Job summary

Energy Aspects Ltd. in Paris is hiring a Marketing Engineer to own the technical layer powering AI-driven marketing campaigns. You will build automations, data flows, and integrations that translate strategy into reliable, scalable execution.

You don’t need a traditional marketing background; a strong engineering mindset, proficiency with APIs, SQL, and AI tooling, and fluent English are key. You’ll collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ship production-ready workflows for ABM and NCD

Qualifications

Experience building software, integrations, or automation.
Proficiency with Python or similar language, APIs, and Git.
Comfort with SQL and data cleaning across systems.
Experience with LLMs, agents, or AI workflows is a plus.
Fluent English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

AI agents & workflows: Build, configure, and maintain the AI agents and automated workflows that run our marketing operation.
Integrations & automation: Connect and automate our marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Apollo, Slack).
Content pipelines: Deploy, run, and maintain pipelines turning content ideas into assets and social copy.
Data & reporting: Keep contact and account data clean and build segmentation, routing, and dashboards.
Support across the team: Provide lists and targeting workflows, QA HTML templates, and assist with website moves.
