Schneider Electric is seeking a legally versed professional to provide practical AI-related counsel from France, with cross-border alignment to the AI Hub and Digital Trust & Software Legal teams. Based in France (Rueil-Malmaison or Grenoble preferred; Spain Barcelona also considered), you’ll support AI governance, data usage, and contractual work globally.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams to ensure compliant, business‑oriented solutions, while monitoring

Formación

• Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in technology/IT law, data protection and commercial contracting.
• Meaningful exposure to AI or data‑driven technologies and Software/SaaS environments.
• Strong interest in emerging AI regulatory frameworks; EU AI Act exposure is a plus.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish or other European languages are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal support on AI-related matters, including regulatory compliance and data governance.
• Contribute to development and deployment of internal AI policies and guidelines.
• Advise on AI initiatives to comply with laws and internal standards.
• Draft and update templates; negotiate AI-related clauses in contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams for risk-aware input.
• Monitor AI regulation developments and prepare internal guidance.
• Develop training materials on AI legal topics for Legal and Business teams.
• Escalate high‑risk matters with relevant group functions.
