SAP, a global leader in enterprise software, seeks a Legal Counsel for its French Legal team in Levallois-Perret. You will advise on commercial, technology, regulatory, and compliance matters, with a focus on cloud, AI, data protection, and digital regulation.

You'll own defined matters, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver practical business-focused legal advice in a fast-evolving tech environment. Fluency in French and English required.

Qualifications

Master 2 in Business Law, Digital Law, IP/IT Law or equivalent.
2–5 years of relevant legal experience (in-house, firm, or regulator).
Strong drafting, negotiation, and bilingual (French/English) communication.
Experience with commercial contracts and technology-related matters.
Knowledge of data protection, privacy, compliance and digital regulation.
Interest in cloud tech, AI, and digital sovereignty topics.
Sound legal judgment and analytical, practical risk management.

Responsabilités

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology contracts.
Support complex transactions alongside senior legal colleagues and business teams.
Advise on software licensing and IP matters.
Assess evolving IP issues from AI and digital technologies.
Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal guidance to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Security teams.
