Job summary

Pony in Bordeaux is seeking a Senior Product Manager to reshape Groom and our field apps, putting AI at the core of internal operations. You will own internal tools end to end, from field discovery to release, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful improvements.

The role centers on building AI-powered product workflows, defining the ops app roadmap, and evolving our internal platforms with speed and rigor.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top business school or engineering school.
• 5–8 years in product, at senior level.
• Experience designing and building AI automations or AI agents (LLM agents, n8n, Make, scripts...).

Responsibilities

• Own internal tools end to end, from field discovery to release, and measure impact of each release.
• Prioritise needs and own the roadmap across Groom and ops apps.
• Build AI-powered product workflows, from gathering needs to sprint-ready specifications.
• Set the framework for internal tools: data access, tool ownership, and when to involve Tech.
• Bring external ideas in by tracking and piloting AI approaches on real use cases.
