Job summary

Pony is seeking a Senior Product Manager to reshape internal tools used by field teams and Groom, the company-wide platform. You will own end-to-end product work, from discovery in workshops to release, while driving an AI-first roadmap for ops apps and field operations across 24 European cities.

You will define what tools should deliver beyond current capabilities, architect AI-powered workflows, and build agents that triage problems reported by field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top business or engineering school.
• 5–8 years of senior product experience, ideally in a startup or SaaS.
• AI automation experience with tools like LLM agents, n8n, Make.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tools end to end, from field discovery to release; define specs and measure impact.
• Prioritize needs and own the roadmap across Groom and ops apps; defend development choices.
• Build AI-powered product workflows, gathering needs and converting them into sprint-ready specs.
• Set the framework for internal tools: data access, ownership, and governance.
• Bring outside-in: track external best practices and adapt them to our use cases.
