Naturacare is seeking a Senior PO AI to own the ARIANE backlog, frame use cases, and deliver lightweight AI-powered applications across five sites. You will write specifications, validate with business sponsors, and drive AI governance and guardrails in a complex ERP/AI program.

The role requires hands-on delivery, cross-site collaboration, and fluency in French and English, with immediate impact from day one and onboarding within four weeks.

Qualifications

• Education aligned with product management and AI delivery; relevant experience counts as qualification
• Experience with AI product delivery is a true qualifier
• Ability to operate in build-from-scratch context and multi-site environments

Responsabilités

• Own ARIANE backlog at portfolio level including intake, scoring, prioritization and sequencing
• Write functional specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Build lightweight AI-powered apps and automation flows using LLMs and Claude Code
• Use n8n as integration layer for event-driven use cases
• Enforce AI governance and guardrails across production automations
• Collaborate with domain leads for stakeholders and sponsors across sites
