Job summary

Photoroom in Paris is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the AI platform powering all products. You will partner with engineers, ML researchers and product teams to decide what to build and how it ships, driving end-to-end delivery of high-impact features.

The role emphasizes problem framing, platform ownership and cost-aware engineering, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience with multiple launches delivering user impact and business outcomes.
• Built platform, infrastructure or developer-facing products used by engineers.
• Shipped agentic or model-backed features in production with cost and guardrail considerations.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude) and turning model capabilities into product primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform used by all Photoroom products and expand the gateway and observability.
• Build the agentic layer with multi-step visual workflows and unattended operations at scale.
• Define problems, partner with engineering and research to ship effortless solutions.
• Treat internal teams as customers and prioritize across roadmaps with strategic guidance.
• Turn AI capabilities into products others can reuse and measure adoption and value.
• Use data to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and decide what’s next.
