Job summary

Hucency, a French cybersecurity company, is hiring an AI First Specialist to join the Saint-Martin-du-Vivier headquarters near Rouen. You will work across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Support to turn ideas into tangible AI-driven solutions.

We seek curious doers who test, build, and improve, with a focus on automations, AI agents, and content creation to raise awareness and strengthen client security. Full-time, 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Junior candidates welcome; degree and years of experience matter less than what you’re capable of doing.
• You already use AI in your daily life and have already built projects using it.
• During the interview, you will present concrete projects (videos, visuals, Vibe Coding applications, AI agents, automation, prototypes, personal projects, etc.) while explaining your idea, the tools you used, your approach, and any challenges you encountered.

Responsibilities

• Transforming Hucency's Processes: analyze work processes to simplify, automate, or redesign tasks; create automations, workflows, and AI agents; connect applications via APIs; rapidly develop internal tools and prototypes, particularly through vibe coding.
• Creating New Content Using AI: produce cybersecurity awareness content in various formats; develop educational formats and personalized experiences; create content to promote Hucency's organic search rankings.
• Bringing AI into Hucency's Culture: monitor AI ecosystem, test new models/tools, share findings with teams, train and support employees, establish best practices and encourage experimentation.
