AI First Specialist (M/F) - Hucency is hiring
Job Title
AI First Specialist (M/F)
Description
Hucency is a French company specializing in human-centered cybersecurity. We help organizations strengthen their digital security by directly involving their employees.
Our approach is based on four complementary pillars:
- Phishing and Vishing Audits to assess vulnerability to real-world attacks;
- Raising awareness of external threats (phishing, smishing, etc.) through tailored educational materials;
- Prevention of internal errors through real-time contextual assistance tools and an advisory chatbot;
- Tools and support for CIOs and CISO to manage cybersecurity and track their teams' progress.
ISO 27001-certified, Hucency combines expertise, innovation, and educational approaches to make every employee the first line of defense against cyber threats.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an AI First Specialist to join Hucency’s headquarters in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier (76).
Are you curious, creative, and do you enjoy turning an idea into something tangible? Would you like to join a close-knit team of 60 people?
Your mission: to help Hucency become an AI-first company. Reporting directly to senior management, you will hold a cross-functional role and work with all teams: Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Above all, we’re looking for a doer: someone who doesn’t just recommend what should be done, but who tests, builds, demonstrates, and improves.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Transforming Hucency's Processes
- Work with managers and teams to analyze their work processes in order to simplify, automate, or redesign manual and repetitive tasks;
- Create automations, workflows, and AI agents; connect applications via APIs;
- Rapidly develop internal tools and prototypes, particularly through vibe coding.
Creating New Content Using AI
- Produce cybersecurity awareness content for our clients and for Hucency: videos, animations, avatars, visuals, posters, training materials, interactive content, etc.;
- Developing new educational formats and personalized experiences;
- Create content that promotes Hucency's organic search rankings and visibility.
Bringing AI into Hucency's Culture
- Keep a constant watch on the AI ecosystem and regularly test new models and tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, HeyGen, automation tools, and vibe coding tools, etc.);
- Share your findings and show teams, in concrete terms, how AI can improve their work;
- Train and support employees, establish best practices, and encourage them to experiment.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Junior candidates are welcome: your degree and years of experience matter less than what you’re capable of doing;
- You already use AI in your daily life and have already built projects using it;
- During the interview, you will present concrete projects (videos, visuals, Vibe Coding applications, AI agents, automation, prototypes, personal projects, etc.) while explaining your idea, the tools you used, your approach, and any challenges you encountered.
Technical Skills
- Regular use of generative AI tools (text, images, video);
- Experience with APIs, or the ability to learn them quickly;
- A genuine interest in coding and automation;
- Ability to quickly move from an idea to a prototype.
Personal Qualities
- Curiosity: a desire to understand how things work and to try out new tools;
- Ability to learn quickly and resourcefulness;
- Speed of execution: coming up with an idea in the morning and presenting a first draft in the afternoon;
- Creativity: the ability to come up with ideas and surprise us;
- Independence and initiative: going above and beyond what is expected;
- Action-oriented: prefer to try things rather than spend weeks thinking about them;
- A passion for teaching and a team spirit.
- Full-time position in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, near Rouen
- Full-time, 39 hours per week
- Working directly with senior management and having a great deal of freedom to experiment
- Company health insurance, vacation bonus, and transportation allowance
