Mistral is seeking an Account Executive Enterprise to drive adoption with the Public Sector across Europe. You will lead end-to-end deals from introduction to closure, collaborating with our implementation, tech, and legal teams.

You will cultivate relationships with C-level executives, validate value during PoC phases, and convert PoCs into long-term revenue contracts. Fluent in English and French, you’ll navigate complex, high-stakes opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Public Sector sales or enterprise selling of complex tech products.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• Experience in AI ecosystem or data/infrastructure.
• Experience at a fast-growing startup, preferably in deep-tech.
• Strong technical selling skills to navigate evolving products.
• Excellent English and French; additional languages welcome.

Responsabilités

• Lead development with strategic outbound and qualified inbound inquiries.
• Manage deals end-to-end with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, product).
• Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Provide guidance during PoC phases and convert to long-term contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals while coordinating with implementation teams.
