Parallel, based in Paris, is building AI agents to automate hospital administrative workflows. We are scaling with a small, focused tech team and seek a Stream Owner to guide engineering streams, drive technical direction, and deliver impact.

You will manage engineers, balance hands-on coding with leadership, and shape our engineering culture. If you thrive in fast-paced startups and love building, join us to accelerate healthcare automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Managed 4–5 engineers with responsibility for performance and growth.
• Strong full-stack or data background with hands-on coding.
• French-speaking and startup/scale-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage engineers: 1:1s, feedback, growth, performance.
• Own a stream end to end as its Stream Owner.
• Balance hands-on coding with management.
• Set tech culture, code quality, rituals and standards.
• Onboard new engineers and coordinate handoffs.
• Work daily with PMs, Ops and other Stream Owners to align priorities.
